I'm so glad you're getting some sleep now. It really helps if we can get a good night's sleep.
I really hope your more unhelpful thoughts continue to improve and go away soon.
I have heard that a lot of people recover from depression over six months or a year, even with little treatment. You could be one of them, especially as you start to tackle some of the things weighing you down, gently and gradually.
Remember that the people who come here over a long period of time won't be representative of the 'recovered' group as, once better, people often move on to other things.
