Because of this (and my often abnormal obsession with music), my pdoc always asks me "how's the music issue," ha!
Currently, Sloop John B has been on a loop in my head. I sing the entire song over and over again and even when I am busy it is in the backgroud. My mom says even those without mental illness get this too, although maybe not to such an extreme.
