I would advise caution. GABA can be contraindicated depending on your diagnosis. In addition, there is no regulation of supplements for the treatment of medical conditions. So, you need to be careful as to quality of ingredients and reliability of manufacturers. There are practitioners who specialize in nutritional treatments. I'd go to one of them. They could save you time trying to figure out what to take and in what doses and for how long.
