does moving on the spot make it easier to focus? Apparently sitting on a bouncey ball at work helps. What is high by? Sorry i am really bad with medical terms, i feel for you although there are natural remedies that are suppose to help ADHD. Thats a good idea headphones can cancel out any distractions.
