It's important for you to identify what your needs are socially and take steps to meet those needs. Do you have any girlfriends to talk to or hang out with when you feel lonely? Being lonely sucks :-(

Thank you! I have two close friends...both of them have unpredictable work schedules (they are both nurses) so I often miss them. I am horrible with the phone so I never think to call them. I need to work on that. I am very close to my mom and sometimes I go to her house once during the week when she gets off from work but I feel bad to go more than once because I have three kids and that is her time to relax. Plus, since she is relaxing, I usually just sit and watch tv or play on my phone while I'm there as she is doing the same.
