I am super happy to finally have the motivation to go back to karate! My motivation was gone for a long time and then I got hospitalized and now all my motivation is back and I am super happy! I practiced an hour before it and I have forgotten quite a bit but I will catch up quickly again. I use to be the fastest learner, so I think I can catch up super fast.
