I must have passed out again. I don't even remember laying down/going to bed last night. Mini blackout. But I woke up in the morning and was OK
I'm really glad I made this thread though... I brushed the whole thing off in the morning as not being so bad - but clearly I was in major distress at the time, this was a good reminder.
