Again, sorry for the post and to anyone diagnosed Bi-polar it is true what they say...the "Mania" is great...but you have to remember the flip side of "deep depression". Luckily I haven't and hope I don't hit the depression stage. I've been stable for a good year and this was the first manic episode I've had in a while and I was not used to detecting the signs (how quickly we forget). Don't go off your medication if your doing well...it's tempting (trust me..I would love the extra $150 a month I pay for medication)..but my mental stability is more important for me and more so my wife and son.
