Sometimes it takes some practice for it to feel right, and sometimes mental illness can get in the way and make it harder to connect. Prayer should be a two-way communication, but just like a lot of us do when we talk to others around us, sometimes we do all the talking and we forget to listen. In prayer, you need to listen carefully. There will be answers if you are open to receiving them.
