I'm half way through Get Me Out of Here My Recovery from BPD written by Rachel Reiland it is amazing I can't put it down I feel her struggles I have acted the same way I am half tempted to just type out Chapter 11 for everyone because it was extremely moving and my fav chapter so far. But it's a great read I'm glad I got it and I think it could be triggering for some she spares no detail in the ups and downs of bpd the most touching is the the frantic actions that are taken from the symptoms of this disorder but again could be triggering to some who can also relate but aren't ready to see it in the flesh per say. Anyway I'm rambling now but if anyone is interested in chapter 11 lemme know

Oh and next up I'm reading Girl in Need of a Tourniquet!
