What do the other coworkers say? The DON has these meetings that last forever and we need to get things going. Call bells are ringing. It's a whole different department for her and us. It's frustrating I feel she doesn't understand. But I get she's supposed to be on top of us performing well etc. But that department is going through a serious power trip. I don't want to work in a toxic environment! Please let her know make a appointment when she's free to discuss your concerns and how long it's been going on. That's what I would do
