My son did flvs this year which was very similar to homeschool programs like Time4learning, monarch and switched on schoolhouse but it is an online private school. I've never had to be as hands on with any homeschool program as I did with FLVS.

Once students are taking the majority of courses in college I still see it as homeschooling because as a parent you have to make sure work is completed unlike a college student and that all of the classes are in good standing. You still also have to abid by all the homeschool rules. So college is more like an older students co-op classes.
