This is a rant

I'm sick of tired of seeing the media embarrassing those who are having a mental meltdown. Why is is necessarily to write up an article and do a story on someone who doesn't want to be in a mental hospital and does have a history of doing violent things to themselves? Why is it the media business? Why do they they break the Hipaa law so they can tell their story with no remorse? Not only they embarrass the individual but they also endanger the persons reputation by adding the mental health stigmatization onto the person who simply had a bad day?!?!?

I say SCREW the media! I hope one day they can violate my privacy so I can take their sorry little asses to court and sue them for millions!!!!!

A police officer was injured Thursday afternoon trying to stop a patient from running naked outside University Hospital.

Authorities said a patient in the psychiatric ward ran through a corridor on the hospitalss sixth floor, carrying a butter knife, as nurses transferred her to another department.

A nurse attempted to catch the patient, who has a history of injuring herself and whose name has not been released, but was unable to stop the woman.

A University of Cincinnati police officer fell and injured his knee as he chased the woman, who authorities said injured herself during the incident.

Doctors evaluated the officer and the patient, who was apprehended, for their injuries, but authorities have not described those.
