Does it make your paranoia go away completely? I'm trying to find something that makes my paranoia go away completely. As you guys can tell, I'm all ready on 3 anti psychotics and it still happens twice a week. What have your therapists said about coping with paranoia? Anyone else on here take medicine for paranoia? I'm really desperate to find a solution. I've had suicidal thoughts about getting paranoid. My family tells me not to focus on it but they don't go through it. My sister went through paranoia a little bit when she was depressed.
