I'm familiar with both NPD and HPD but not enough with her behavior (stuff she says in interviews and whatnot, going a little deeper than her cone-bra image) to tell which one she is. They both are attention-seeking and the whole world revolves around them.

I've read comments on online UK newspapers and it seems like the Brits absolutely hate her.
