I am very guilty of being on my phone all the time. I have been a lot worse about it, since I got sober 5 weeks ago. I use it to take my mind off of thinking about using, my anxiety, etc. I know it's not great to be hooked to your phone but isn't it better than sitting around obsessing about things? I know that the worse part is that it is taking attention away from my kid. [emoji52] I need to try not to be on my iPhone so much.
