I agree with what JohnCrow said; you want to do something to shake up your routine but don't have the energy. Frustration and restlessness ensue.

I wish I could advise on the best way out of this situation but I don't have any good ideas. I do know that it's possible for boredom to come out of depression, along with agitation. Just because we sometimes can't get out of bed, doesn't mean we enjoy laying there all day.
