I'm sorry you're going through this. I could tell you it will get better but that won't help now. If I were you I wouldn't worry about bothering my therapist. That's what she's there for, and they do work for us. Tell her exactly what you told us. Since you feel like you are going into depression, I hope you can continue to be proactive and stave it off. Remember to be gentle with yourself.
