Not right now, but I have had that experience of going from numbness back to being able to feel, and it brings a sense of delight and gratitude with it.

I can't imagine that anyone would find it annoying unless you turn into a complete Polyanna . I would imagine that they would find it refreshing and genuine.

So long as that little voice doesn't try to take over with negativity, I can't say that I think it's a bad thing to remember that we don't know how many times we'll get to experience something good.

I'm prone to flip-flop between appreciation and Scrooge-i-ness myself, so I think your viewpoint sounds lovely.
