Thank you for responding! I think you are correct. I need to go on "daycations". I seem to lose perspective when I get too caught up in my situation at home. I can also go on small trips, anywhere but home. My mother hit a caregiver, so I shall see if the caregiver and the service that provides them continues to help me.
