I´m slipping quickly into a deep, dark place. I have tried reaching out to friends and family only to be met with the typical "it´s all in your head, just snap out of it" response we´ve all heard too often and is as useful as a chocolate teapot.
I´ve tried being positive and going online to read up on coping mechanisms only to have google throw in my face that I can´t do it alone, I need a support network, reach out to loved ones and friends. I don´t have that option.
Can anyone suggest anything I can do alone? I´m functioning, I´m working, I´m getting on with life but I´m dead inside and having darker and darker thoughts each day.
