im so sorry for your loss.its not your fault that your youngest brother committed suicide. you are not a terrible sister . I too suffer from anxiety and depression. do you have a therapist that you can talk to about it ? if you do go see your therapist asap . if not call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255
they can help to dew w those suicidal ideation thoughts. be gentle on yourself it takes time to heal from a loss of a loved one from suicide .







Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds: Cymbalta 90mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia
