I don't take any medications, but I haven't been feeling very good for the past several months. I don't know if it is depression or anemia or what.

Everything tastes chalky and has a bitter aftertaste most of the time. I think I read that vitamin deficiency can cause taste to be off. I haven't been able to eat a lot of the foods I used to eat for the past several months, because they give me digestive problems. Wheat, nuts, soybeans, etc. seem to make me sick even in small quantities. I used to be able to eat these things in moderation. So I eat rice and vegetables and sardines and eggs.

Besides the nasty taste, I also am tired my libido is gone and I have very little short term memory. I keep doing things twice and I can't remember doing them the first time - even after I see that I already did them. Like I might send myself a text message as a reminder and then send an identical text message to myself 5 minutes later with no memory of the first time. Or I might print something on my computer and then print it again 5 minutes later. Then I look and see that I printed it twice.

I know if I go to the doctor they will just tell me I'm fine, because they are a bunch of lazy bozos.
