this "T" sounds like a very, very troubled individual. Sadly, people like this make their way in to the very profession that they should be a
client of - not the reverse!
If they were a radio, I'd say, "Hmmm...faulty frequency setting there:
highly unreliable. Best to leave this set alone and keep looking for a unit that provides a clear, crisp signal. After all, when you're listening to something(one), you want to get reliable, authentic information, right?
Otherwise, the information they provide is useless and should be thoroughly disregarded."
Fuzzy, that "T" is one dud radio.
