Ok so it's just illusions appears on you mind. and these thoughts became

keep record of ever ocd thought(including same thoughts repeting) and how many
time it comes in a day your mind. you wakeup until go to bed
it give you a picture of what kind of thougts repeting,what thought is more common, what thought is rare
read your writing when you have time or i a mind relax time so it give you how fake are these OCD thoughts
