I have a friend who totally missed her friend request on FB from me but we are good friends. I asked her about it & she thought we were friends. I checked. Ended up deleting the one friend request & sent another one which she caught that time. I have noticed I had a bunch of friend requests from a game I was playing & some real friend requests got lost in the list.

Getting drinks doesn't imply getting drunk....or at least it shouldn't. I would be Leary of a guy who wanted the first date to be drinks tho because many do imply getting drunk & thats not the best way to start off getting to know anyone if you are truly interested in THEM
