I have been in places where I have felt positivity and negativity, but I will share one experience...

Years ago when I was house hunting I waited outside one beautiful old character home (100yrs oled) for my realter to show up. She never did. But while I stood waiting for her I looked up and out of the attic window were waving 3 young children. I waved back. I knocked on the door and there was no answer - despite my being sure someone was home. Later that day, when I finally hooked up with my realter I told her that someonelse must have been viewing the home and what I had seen. She went white. She told me she had not shown up because she was scared of the house - rumours abounded of noises like children playing in the attic - even when the hous was empty.
