Still not losing weight But still feeling better. Adjusting my macros. Today i clocked out at about 1700 cals, 75 g fat, 135 g each protein and carbs, if i remember correctly. My blood sugar before bed / about 2 hrs after dinner was 159, which isnt bad for me based on what i see in my booklet, but im not sure what goal should be. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like in the a.m.
