I have a strong family history of glaucoma....mothers side: grandma, mother and uncle...fathers side: grandma.

I go to get eye exam at least every two years to keep tabs on my vision because Im scared of getting it.

I went today and she took pictures of my eye. She said mine is abnormal and wants me to go get further testing. Im going t try to get it done by next week because my Medicaid is gone November 1. Im nervous about the testing and also that theres a possibility I have glaucoma. Im too young for this!!

Do you have glaucoma? Last time I saw this Dr (2008) she wanted me to start on drops. Im afraid shes gonna suggest that again.

Anyone have this? when were you diagnosed? I am on 28!
