Wow after 13 years he still calling you all the time . it must be difficult because you have to stay in contact because of the children . I think you should tell him that your only willing to talk to him about the children and if he's not doing that then I personally would hang the phone up and maybe tell him he can only text you in future regarding the children and no more phone calls . yeah if definitely doesn't seem normal after 13 years divorce .
