RXQueen875 - My mom did the same thing to my wife. Ugh!!! She still brings it up when she thinks of my mom. Guys tend to run from confrontation such as this. It doesn't mean he doesn't love you. I didn't stand up for my wife either. Man if I could do it over again. Mother-in-laws usually don't think there is a woman good enough for their boy. I really wish parents would think about what they do or say before they do it. That type of damage is usually permanent. There will always be resentment. Do yourself a favor and forgive her. It will help you heal. She may never "approve" of you but your boyfriend obviously does. Good luck with everything!
