Absolutely...The most psychotic incident I've ever in my life had happened the night before I started my period. I hallucinated God calling my name and believed that my mentor was going to telepathically cast demons from me. I was more manic that entire week than I have been in my entire life (the mania itself lasted about 6 months; I was unmedicated and it was my longest).
