The strongest orgasms I've ever had have always been in dreams. I can orgasm through masturbation in real life, but it never comes half way close to the strength of orgasm I've felt in several dreams I've had in my life, like one where I was high up in a tree straddling a thick tree branch. Perhaps it's because I have less mental blocks in dreams than in waking life, although in many more dreams I can't masturbate at all because I have no privacy and somebody's always barging in to take up my time, and they never leave me alone.
