Try this:

Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

Click on My Profile.

Under Your Control Panel, click on Edit Your Details.

Scroll down to Registration Required Information - All fields are required.

Under Primary Concern, click the down arrow. Choose Depression.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Save Changes.
