Well, here's a positive post - maybe - for once.

I am really, Really, REALLY fortunate to have the supports that I do. I haven't been coping very well lately what with the life changes, relationship struggles, and all. Today was even more difficult than most. Well thank goodness for help.

I called a crisis line this morning. They sent a counselor straight to my home. She stayed with me for two hours. My saftey was never in question, I just needed someone to listen and help me cope.

I want to say thank you Jackie for being available and being there for me. Thankyou to the Transition Team here in Saskatoon.
