I agree and find it quite annoying. Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own stuff and if they need help they need to say it - not have everyone drop everything and start a mile long post about how good the person is and how much they want them to stay. Sorry - this did trigger me. I never said anything before but I don't read those threads.
