I have been having more obsessive thoughts. Even last night even though I did not take my meds until after 11:30 roughly at night I questioned myself, did I take them? Even though I know that I didn't.

The remeron is making me groggy in the morning since I've gone up in dose. Sucks.

I also didn't have my session today because my shrink was sick, but she scheduled me in for tomorrow so hopefully i'll get to go to that and figure out what to do about all of this.
