Follow the advice above like the deep breathing.

What I want to add is to tell you to try and ground yourself. Breathing helps but there are more concrete ways to do this too.

My favourite is using something tactile to center yourself and bring down anxiety and concentrate on less depressing thoughts. When I say tactile, I mean a physical object with a unique feeling to your touch. A small pebble or rock, a feather, a swatch of fabric, ab broken peice of potter, a scarf. This should always be the same oject, one which when your eyes are closed you know be feel every part, every nuance.

I have a rock with a peice of broken shell stuck to it. By closing my eyes and rubbing the rock I can bring myself down from anxiety or find some confort when I feel depressed.

It's obviously not a permanent fix but it really helps me during the worse moments
Thanks for the advice, I will try it.I really like your advice about how to deal with the anxiety, when I'm having it thanks.
