I know all this makes you feel crazy while you're in the thick of it, but it will get better. The fact that you're so insightful, you recognize the situation, you're being proactive and trying to care for yourself, it speaks volumes about where you're headed. The fact that you've kept it together this long means you're incredibly strong, much stronger than you probably realize. You didn't put yourself into this situation.
