i get alot of triggers from the rain too. my mother told me my first sentence i ever said was it's gonna rain. i know i get headaches from pressure systems coming in over the lake which is around the block from my house. then it rains.for some reason, i do love rain if i'm in the house and not outside in it. i love the sound on the windowpane, and it seems relaxing to me, good luck
