Thanks for the feedback , I'm going to continue on the workbook . It makes sense to me . I'm not expecting miracles but just some help .
I just learned that my anxiety may be caused by a traumatic event-- ptsd but is treated like anxiety with same meds. It doesn't have to be related to war or death . So I know what started this depression, anx cycle and maybe I can face that fear . I guess you have a choice fight , run or freeze in place depends on your decision at the moment . Now I have to slowly face that fear. tough one but i guess its the only way .I''ll be talking to psch next week . Take care of yourself.
