Don't make something out it that could be , look at your improvement and show you are better. Sounds like you want to see the worst case in your mind . Do your job well and the boss will always point out what weakness and strengths they need you to work on .
You kinda know what you need to fix so start there don't think the worst .Year end evaluations are used by many companies and are mandatory for the boss to do them . I didn't like them even when they patted me on the back . Don't be real defensive and take this as constructive .
