Ok....well then, I can't help you much on the exposure therapy but there are other ideas on how to get yourself through those anxiety attacks.....

How about conscious thought to yourself saying "This is only temporary, this will not last" or as soon as you feel yourself having diificulties, think of a comfortable place in your mind...something soothing and relaxing that you can go to. Getting yourself busy with the job at hand too and doing your best not to think about the anxiety and what is causing it can sometimes help you to move past it more quickly. I do understand that it is not an easy thing to get through at times. But I also know that practicing these options can help you to use them more comfortably in the future. Good luck hon!

I also think that once you feel more adept at your job, it's possible your feelings of anxiety will not be as strong. As your job becomes more familiar to you, your comfort level should hopefully increase
