sorry you're going through that, I agree I think it's the ups and downs of depression. maybe it's emotional withdrawal? that could be a good thing in the long run. it would be nice if our bodies and mind worked that way, we just drain what's bad for us.
are you taking any sleep aids? are u working on your workbook before sleeping? I've switched to watching the NASA channel and drinking tea, take my sleep aid and the nightmares subsided a bit. or I don't remember them. maybe that'll help for you?
