This is just my experience with Seroquel, but it made me gain weight. Sometimes I'm so drowsy and about to fall asleep but I feel the need to go get a snack. I haven't had any changes in hair loss. It's actually improved on my cocktail since I'm less depressed.

Wellbutrin is known to cause weight loss and bupropion is one of the ingredients in Contrave, a weight-loss drug. Definitely get some Ensure to supplement your meals if your appetite is poor.
