That's great that she's coming up there. Grandma's are awesome. My grandmother is in Oregon with my aunts, cousins, and brother's family. I'd love to be able to see them. It's been so long since I've visited home.
I agree California is better than Florida. West side! I miss the mountains, forests, and landscape in general. But I'm here for now, and it's what I've been accustomed to.
I'm doing well enough, and made the most out of my day off as possible. Got to talk "kitchen" with my friend, whom I had lunch with. She's moving back to North Carolina in less than a month, so I'm enjoying my last few times with her.
Let me know if you ever decide to descend into Floridaland so I can pick up a pack!
