Yikes, I didn't know I would have to go to court. I have a thick file too, 6 hospitalizations in the last 14 months at 3 different hospitals plus 3 PHPs, a pdoc and 3 therapists. I also have a lawyer through my LTD provider. I just need SSDI long enough so that I can get stable. It sucks that people abuse the system and those of us who are really sick have to jump through hoops to get the benefits we've already paid into.
