If any folks out there did a minimum of 24 months in active duty and received a discharge of other than dishonorable, seek help at the nearest VA facility. I was on my way to homelessness and worse when I discovered I was eligible. I have received excellent care and due to low SSDI income I have only medication co-pays of $8 each.
