My appointment next week will mark my one year anniversary with my T. It coincidentally happens to be on the exact date and exact time of my first appointment.

It's a pretty significant date for me since my life has changed so much since I started working with her. I doubt she will realize that next week marks one year but I kind of want to bring it up at the beginning of the session and talk about everything that has happened since I started working with her

Has anyone done anything special on an anniversary date or spent the session talking about everything that has happened in the last year?
