I do know myself that in the past sometimes reading about other peoples symptoms can trigger them in me too. I figure it's like your defences come down when you see triggering stuff, making you more likely to notice your own symptoms, or rather let them take over.

it was a mixture of nighttime and other people. and prob drinking all day with ambien didnt help.
but the key trigger was nighttime. i get episodes at night because im fearful of the world.
im lucky soul if i dont get an episode at night.
god forgive me of my sins.
im not feeling all that welll today.
ive been getting less and less sleep this past week.
im tired/confused/and on edge.
